Product Introduction
The parallel plate is a key rigid connector in power line hardware. Its core function is to extend the insulator string (or hardware assembly) in the length direction. It is specially used to connect two single-joint plates (single plate), or a single-joint plate and a double-joint plate (double plate), forming the middle link of the insulator string.
The structural characteristics of this hardware determine that its core function is limited to adjusting the total length of the connection assembly to meet engineering requirements such as tower spacing, conductor sag or special span. It does not have the function of changing the direction of the connection axis, that is, it cannot achieve angle offset or twisting. The connected elements always remain in the same straight line or parallel direction, thereby ensuring that the mechanical load is transmitted along the predetermined path.
